ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT

At Covenant Family Academy, we believe education taught from a Biblical perspective transforms lives. That’s why we invite you to review the information below and start the admissions process with us today.

We are now enrolling students for Pre-K (must be age 4 by August 1st), through fifth grade.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Birth certificate

  • Current immunization records  

  • Prior school grades submitted, if applicable.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

  • Submit an application including a nonrefundable fee of $25.00

  • An interview with parents and students is conducted.

  • Once application and documents have been reviewed, you will be notified of the student's acceptance or denial into Covenant Family Academy.

COSTS

  • Enrollment and processing nonrefundable fee of $25 is due with application.   

  • $250 per year for cost of books, forms, score key, resource book, other materials.

  • A nonrefundable partial book payment of $125 for books is due at interview. Parents will be notified of the date and time for their interview.

  • Curriculum balance $125 is due August 15th, of enrollment year.

  • Tuition cost is $2250.00 for ten-month school period per student.

  • Tuition payments may be made over the ten-month period.

  • Discount is available for more than one sibling.​

REQUIREMENTS

  • Parents are responsible for the cost of books for the curriculum.​

  • Parents are required to prepare a healthy lunch each day for their child.

  • Parents are responsible for uniforms.

Boys

  • Shirt: white polo or long/short sleeve, buttoned-down

  • Tie: navy

  • Pants: navy

  • Shoes: tennis shoes or loafers​

  • Sweater: navy v-neck pullover, vest or cardigan

Girls

  • Jumper or skirt: navy

  • Shorts: worn under jumper or skirt

  • Blouse: white, long/short sleeve or a white polo shirt

  • Tie: navy

  • Slacks: navy

  • Shoes: tennis shoes or loafers

  • Sweater: navy v-neck pullover, vest or cardigan
