We are now enrolling students for Pre-K (must be age 4 by August 1st), through fifth grade.
REQUIREMENTS

Prior school grades submitted, if applicable.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Submit an application including a nonrefundable fee of $25.00

An interview with parents and students is conducted.

Once application and documents have been reviewed, you will be notified of the student's acceptance or denial into Covenant Family Academy.
COSTS

Nonrefundable application fee of $25

$25 Enrollment fee (applicable to testing materials, or other school supplies.

We are an accredited private school.

Families are now eligible to apply to receive state tax credits through the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Program, https://www.parentalchoice.ok.gov/

The cost to attend Covenant Family. Academy is $7550 per year per student.

The state of Oklahoma will give up to $7500 for your child to attend Covenant Family Academy.

Families that do not qualify for the full $7500 will be able to set up a payment plan to cover their remaining tuition obligation.
REQUIREMENTS

Parents are required to prepare a healthy lunch and snack each day for their child.

The school will provide uniform polo shirts.

Parents are responsible for the following:
Boys

Shirt: white long/short sleeve, buttoned-down

Pants: navy or kaki

Shoes: tennis shoes or loafers

Sweater: navy V-neck pullover, vest or cardigan
Girls

Jumper or skirt: navy or kaki

Shorts: worn under jumper or skirt
